With over 14 years in luxury sales, Candida is anything but shy of finding her client family the best of the best. Candida makes sure her clients are comfortable throughout the whole process in finding their luxury. She has an appreciation for all lifestyles with the understanding of budget and knows how to instill richness into even the humblest of abodes. She has found over 1,000 renters their homes in downtown Nashville and specializes in condominiums.
Candida has worked under top developments and has a passion for the people, challenges, and the relationships they bring. She's a proud member of GNAR and NAR who carry a value of integrity, code of ethics, and standards. She has always been passionate about people and leading a life of doing right by others. It has been ingrained in her to always do the right thing, and that has transcribed into her work ethic as a realtor.
Candida serves as the team leader for the Nashville Realtor Team and is the current President for 505 Nashville’s HOA board.
